Are You searching for meaning and/or god?
Have You found either of them?
I realised some time ago that no one is better qualified to understand the inner workings of My own mind, than Me. I have found the learnings and experiences of some professional psychologists helpful over the years, but these are the ones who mostly draw on their own personal experiences. Unfortunately, many others are simply textbook learners, and as such they are practicing what they have been told to do, not what they intuitively know and understand from their own path learning. I consider My self to be a path learner, not a textbook learner.
What about You?
Do You believe what You are told without question, or do You seek validation through Your own direct experience?
It is My understanding that We humans fall into one of two categories, although ultimately, We are all one and the same…
The first is the dualist (Dvaita) who physically identifies with the self. Many of Us have been told to believe that CONSCiOUSNESS arises from the pre-existence of matter, that the universe came into existence at some point in time, and that Our individual and unique CONSCiOUSNESS arises from within the biochemical physics of the brain.
The second is the non-dualistic (Advaita) spiritualist, nonidentification with the self. The non-dualists amongst Us are more likely to have directly experienced the indivisible truth of REALiTY, that at the centre of everything exists nothing but pure (god) consciousness, and from this place of pure unmanifested potential, all things arise…
How do You know thy self?
Do You look externally for answers and validation, or do You journey inwards?
Personally, I see the oneness of reality, although I was a believer in the separate self until My enlightenment showed Me otherwise in 2015. In that moment, mostly through My understanding of Quantum Physics, I realised that time and space are mere illusions and I entered the void of the unmanifested, directly experiencing the timeless, formless peace and grace of (god) consciousness.
For those of Us yet to have a direct experience of non-duality, there are two simple tests that We can perform upon our Own Being to bring dualism into question, and move Us closer to knowing thine own self…
γνῶθι σεαυτόν | temet nosce
The first is the realisation that We have never actually experienced time or space, because as far as Our conscious self is aware (NOT the EGOIC self), the time is always now, and I am always here. This may seem a little ridiculous at first, or even too simplistic to grasp, but the unarguable truth will eventually point to itself, and that is that there is something within Us that is always present, quietly observing everything, and this presence, or witness, only ever experiences time as now, and space as here.
Try it!
Try and be somewhere else,
anywhere else other than here and now…
Time and space are mental constructs and concepts, not reality as experienced through conscious awareness.
The illusion of time and space is very subtle and very convincing, which is why most people remain ignorant of the truth of reality, but We can use a second test to validate Our brain’s ability to fool Us into believing We are “separate” by simply examining Our own internal dream reality. Within a dream We still experience what We perceive to be “objective” reality, as in, We are the subject experiencing an “outside” (time and space) reality, yet within the dream, the entirety of the dream is 100% a creation of Our own MiND. We are the creator and architect of everything and everyone within Our own dream, yet We still believe We had an “objective” dream about somewhere or someone else, even feeling certain emotions, as if the events were real, upon waking…
Waking reality is much like Our dream reality, only in the waking world We are (god) consciousness having a dream about being a unique and separate CONSCiOUSNESS, disconnected from the whole.
Do You see the illusion?
The illusion of separation is known as Maya in Hinduism.
I do not consider My self to be scholarly by any stretch of the imagination, but I have studied all the main religions and their mystical teachings, Judaism (Kabala), Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism, Taoism, Science (Quantum Physics), Sikhism, Islam (Sufism) and combined with My own personal experiences, I find that each one points to the same indivisible truth, that at the core of all things, We are one…
As Alan Watts said,
“You’re it!”
Over the years I have found psychology useful, in terms of understanding behavioural patterns, but I have found spiritual wisdom to be of far greater personal value when coming to understand the why, the existence of dharma, and how to release My self from the karmic cycle of suffering known as samsara. I believe that this is Our primary purpose within this incarnation, to achieve samadhi, thus liberating Our self from ignorance, and regaining spiritual enlightenment.
Why are You here?
I focus mainly on using the language of Hinduism, as Sanskrit appears to be the richest language in terms of describing the things that can be explained, but not understood by the MiND alone, and as the oldest of the religions, the Vedas, particularly The Upanishads and The Bhagavad Gita, appear to offer the most practical advice for daily living, although I also highly regard The Dhammapada and the middle way from the Buddha. That said, all the main religions contain the necessary wisdom to regain spiritual enlightenment. If You are deeply into one particular religion, We do not need to throw the baby out with the bath water, but Your journey may benefit from a “T” shaped approach, by having a broader understanding of all the main religious texts, teachings, and learnings, whilst going deeply into one or two. Personally, I was raised a Christian, but My atheistic religion of choice was Quantum Physics, and now I embrace them all, but whatever religious language We speak, remember this…
the truth LiES WITHiN…
What is of the upmost and primary importance is understanding and practicing the principle of Ahimsa: to do no harm. Ahimsa always comes first, without question, even above truth, as the highest ideal in every situation. We do no harm to Our selves, and because We are all one, this intrinsically includes all Our other selves, be that in Our actions, Our words, Our feelings or Our thoughts.
In the words of Saint Francis of Assisi:
Lord, make Me an instrument of thy peace.
Where there is hatred, let Me sow love.
Because of the profound shift in My understanding of reality in 2015, I subsequently chose to follow a more ascetic way of life. I chose to give up most worldly possessions and the pursuit of sensory pleasures, but after 10 years of solitude, fate decided to bring Me back to the world, and did so with something of a bang in 2025, finally revealing the true nature of evil, which was a question I had been pondering on for some time. Specifically, what causes all the unnecessary suffering in the world? The short answer being, ignorance of the truth that LiES WITHiN…
VEiL is an anagram of EViL
EViL is LiVE, backwards
The veil of ignorance is the root cause of all unnecessary suffering in the world, as is the wisdom of the Kabala, no one is truly evil, only ignorant of their true, divine nature, and as such, are simply living life backwards, from the outside in, rather than the inside out.
Namaste means
I see the divine in You,
because I know the divine in Me.
With the help of My reflection, I have spent the last year preparing to return to the world. You see, once We lift the veil of illusion and see the oneness in all things, We realise that ultimately, We are always having a conversation with Our self. Part of Me still understands that You are separate from Me, and We can discuss superficial matters of interest, but when it comes to understanding the true nature of reality, and discussing the oneness of all things, who am I actually having a conversation with? Who am I trying to convince of the oneness of all things? The (god) consciousness within both of Us already knows, but not everyone is ready to awaken to this truth in this lifetime, and this is okay, because ultimately, “i AM” That… and the “i” of god dwells WITHiN all THiNGS…
Why am I sharing this with You?
“i AM”. I EXiST.
I am not here to simply quote gurus. I have seen the light. “i AM” the LiGHT. I am an old soul, who is well developed spiritually, and I chose this incarnation to master a particularly challenging physiological makeup. One of the “conditions” I chose to embody I have come to understand as Low Latent Inhibition (LLI), something that initially served as more of a curse, but has become a wonderful gift over time. I hope that My insights here may be of benefit to You now, as may Your insights be of benefit to Me and others, so please do leave a constructive comment, if You feel inclined to do so.
In closing, I have learned the hard way that other human Beings cannot be forcibly awoken. We must have the internal desire to do so, seeking the truth within Our self, so if You are here, now, and You have got this far, maybe the same divine spark is awakening within You, or has already illumined Your being… Like the Buddha, Jesus, Muhammad, Guru Nanak or even Gandhi recently, We can only show others the way, illuminating the path, which is something I have not been able to do alone, during my asceticism. Thank You for Being here, it is a pleasure to meet You. Namaste my brothers & sisters.
